Hallson is a small but quickly growing hospitality and management company for luxury vacation rental properties in the Nashville area.
We are looking for a very dependable and highly skilled individual to join our cleaning team. You will be responsible for ensuring our homes are sparkling clean and ready for guests to arrive.
We expect our homes to look like 5-star hotels when guests walk in, so if you have experience in deep-cleaning, making a perfect bed, and setting up a house based on pictures so that it looks exactly how it did when the guest booked the home, please keep reading.
We expect our cleaning team to be very dependable, eager to work, to have extreme attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and most importantly to be respectful of our team, guests, and anyone else they may come in contact with. Most cleanings are between 10 am-3 pm
Most jobs are 4 hours long, but you could have 2-3 in one day depending on the schedule.
The busiest days are Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday.
There will be very busy days
This is a 1099 contract role

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
