Position Overview:
We're looking for dependable and physically strong individuals to join our field operations team. This is an active, hands-on role focused on delivering, setting up, and servicing equipment at customer locations. You'll also handle minor repairs and ensure a positive customer experience. Candidates with experience in delivery, warehouse work, construction, or other physically demanding jobs are encouraged to apply.
Main Duties:
Safely load, transport, and install equipment and materials
Handle basic mechanical repairs and on-site troubleshooting
Communicate professionally with customers and provide on-site support
Adhere to safety standards when lifting and moving heavy items
Keep in touch with supervisors and dispatchers throughout the day
Qualifications:
Able to regularly lift between 75 and 100 pounds
Physically able to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods
Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving history (if driving is required)
Comfortable using tools and performing basic mechanical tasks
Reliable, on time, and flexible to work weekends or variable shifts
Preferred Experience:
Background in delivery services like UPS, FedEx, or Amazon
Previous work in moving or labor roles (e.g., Two Men and a Truck, College Hunks)
Military service, especially in transport, logistics, or infantry
Experience in construction, landscaping, or utilities
Individuals accustomed to physically intensive work, such as fitness professionals
