The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an **Experienced** **Supplier Quality Specialist** to join our team in **El Segundo, CA** . The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for the BT&E supplier quality team and providing integrated supplier quality services across BT&E and ET&T.
**Position Responsibilities Include:**
+ Plan and conduct audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products.
+ Document and report audit and assessment results
+ Inspect or verify products for compliance with requirements
+ Assist with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work
+ Provide supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives
+ Resolve routine issues and concerns
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Supplier Quality Specialist
+ 3+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))
+ 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
