Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Indio, California. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in database management, data analysis, and reporting to support organizational goals. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Access to meet organizational needs.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by maintaining database architecture and business logic integration.
- Automate workflows and streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for database systems and reporting processes.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft SQL and Excel VBA to support data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Conduct periodic reviews of database systems to identify and resolve any performance or functionality issues.
- Apply a data-driven approach to problem-solving, ensuring solutions are both practical and effective. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, including designing, developing, and maintaining applications.
- Strong skills in Microsoft SQL and Excel VBA for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
