Description We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Fresno, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support decision-making and operational improvements. Your expertise in data mining, visualization, and analytics will drive actionable insights and enhance business processes. Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets using data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support business functions. - Collaborate with the purchasing department to optimize data-driven decision-making processes. - Utilize SQL and Microsoft Excel to manipulate and manage data efficiently. - Work with Sage 100 software to ensure data accuracy and integration. - Create reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. - Support the Accounting and Purchasing Department - Ensure data compliance and integrity across all business systems. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. - Proficiency in data mining techniques and statistical analysis. - Strong skills in data visualization tools and dashboard creation. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL. - Familiarity with Sage 100 software and its data management functionalities. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills for presenting data insights clearly to stakeholders.
