Modular Home Production | Contract Work | Pay Based on Experience Location: East Houston 

️ TPO Roofing Installer

Schedule: August 2023 & August 28 Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Install thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing systems
• Follow factory SOPs and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other tradespeople during modular home assembly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of roofing experience
• Familiarity with TPO systems and tools
• Ability to work in a factory-controlled environment

Electrical Installer (Master Electrician & Helpers)

Schedule: August 2023 & August 28 Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Install electrical systems in modular homes
• Read and follow electrical schematics
• Ensure compliance with safety and code standards

Requirements:

• Licensed Master Electrician or experienced helper
• 3+ years of residential or modular electrical experience
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot

Plumbing Installer (Master Plumber)

Schedule: August 1819 & August 27 Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Install plumbing systems in modular homes
• Interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
• Test systems for leaks and functionality

Requirements:

• Licensed Master Plumber
• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong attention to detail and safety

LVT Flooring Installer

Schedule: August 26 Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Install luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring in modular homes
• Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials
• Ensure smooth and level installation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of flooring installation experience
• Skilled in LVT and other residential flooring systems
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
